This website introduces the upcoming 8Q collection. The controller's full legal name and address will be added before the public launch. For questions about data processing, contact info@8q.club.
Data we store
The early access form stores your email, selected interest, registration time and consent version. It does not ask for passwords, payment details or medical data. The website does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Your email is intended for news about the 8Q launch, based on separate consent. Consent does not place an order. Your request is stored in the database and automatically sent to info@8q.club for processing. Newsletters to subscribers are not yet connected.
Storage and access
Records are stored in a protected database outside the website's public directory on AlphaHost infrastructure. The management panel requires a separate password. The data is not published on the website. Records are retained until the collection launches and for no longer than 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn earlier. A hash of the IP address is temporarily stored to protect the form; the management panel uses an essential session cookie.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent and request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact info@8q.club. Information about the controller will be completed before the public launch. You may also contact the data protection supervisory authority if necessary.
External resources
Your browser contacts Google Fonts to load fonts. YouTube or Vimeo videos open only when you choose to load them. The respective platform's rules apply when you visit it. Your selected language is saved locally in your browser.
